Commemorating the 70th anniversary of the city's incorporation, this exhibition features 18 contemporary artists active in Japan and abroad, including Leiko Ikemura, an international artist living in Germany.
This year's exhibition will be held in an attractive space that will utilize cultural facilities such as the Seiriki Art Museum, the former Yoshihara Family Residence, the Kyushu Fittings and Vinegar Brewery Shobunsu Meiji Warehouse, all of which are historical buildings in Okawa City, to create a townscape that combines cultural assets and art as a single museum.
